Huskies defeated by the Thunder Bay Border Cats 11-3
The Huskies failed to extend their winning streak Monday night, falling to the Border Cats 11-3. The Huskies move to (12-8) on the season. They are one game back in the division.
The game started out competitive in the early going with Huskies scoring the first two runs of the game driven in by DH Tanner Lubach.
The wheels fell off in 8th inning when reliever Cole Echols allowed four earned runs in just 1 2/3 innings of work, which essentially put the game of reach for the Huskies.
The Huskies look to Rebound vs. Waterloo at the Wade Tuesday night.
