Ticket Policy 2010 Duluth Huskies Ticket Policy For Season Ticket Holders: The Duluth Huskies are fully aware that many season ticket holders share their tickets with others. Although we are not responsible for shared tickets we do feel the obligation to acknowledge the needs of the season ticket holder who shares tickets. Therefore in the event that a rained out game is made up as part of a single admission double header we will allow the rainout season ticket holder to exchange the rained out season ticket for a reserved admission ticket to another regularly scheduled game during the current regular (non-playoff) season only and based upon availability. This does not guarantee that tickets will be available for the double header. The ticket price cannot be refunded and the ticket has no cash value. Rainout Definition: A Huskies home game in which inclement weather forces its official cancellation/postponement prior to 4 ½ innings being played if the Huskies are winning, or five full innings if the Huskies are losing. RAIN CHECK: If a game is rained out prior to the conclusion of the 5th inning, all tickets for reserved seats can be redeemed at the ticket office for any other game remaining in the 2010 regular season, based on availability. If a game is rained out prior to the gates opening, all Kennel Klub tickets can be redeemed at the ticket office for any game remaining in the 2010 regular season, based on availability. If the rainout occurs three (3) hours after the gates have opened, regardless of how much of the game has been played, all Kennel Klub tickets will be considered used in full and can only be redeemed for a reserved seat for another game during the 2009 regular season, based on availability. If the rainout occurs less than three (3) hours after the gates open, all Kennel Klub tickets will be valued as a half price Kennel Klub coupon and can be redeemed for any other game remaining in the 2009 regular season, based on availability. If the game is shortened due to rain but has been played beyond the required five (5) innings to make it a complete game, all tickets will be considered used and will have no value at the ticket office. For General Ticket Holders: Rain check privileges will continue to be an exchange for a ticket of equal or lesser value (based on availability). RE-SCHEDULING PRIORITY When the re-scheduling of a game is necessitated by a postponement for inclement weather, the following priority will be followed to select the date, time and location of the rescheduling: First Priority: The first available game day/time for a single admission twi-night or afternoon double header at Wade Stadium. Second Priority: The first opportunity to play the make up game at the home site of the visiting team due to the team not returning to Wade Stadium any other time for the remainder of the season. WARNING: The holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to the game of baseball and promotional events associated therewith, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual playing of the game, including without limitation, the danger of being injured by thrown bats, thrown or batted balls or other objects or promotional items entering the stands or other areas. Additionally, upon entering the stadium, the holder assumes all risk and danger associated with any act of God which may occur while in the stadium. The holder specifically agrees that the Duluth Huskies, Northwoods League, City of Duluth, participating clubs, their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, players and other related individuals, are not liable for injuries or loss resulting from such causes. All game times are subject to change. |
